Our Mission
We are God’s vessels, loving and leading people to faith in Christ Jesus, integrating each one into His family.
* Alder Grove Church was planted here by God and is being formed in His hands and created for His purposes.
* We are humbling ourselves before Him and exchanging our focus for His. (Ro. 12:1-2)
* The people of Alder Grove Church are His vessels to this community joining in His work of reaching, healing, growing and discipling its people. (Mt. 28:19-20; Eph. 4:11-16)
* All that we do must be in the love of Christ (1 Co. 13:4-8a)
* We are joining Christ in leading people to Himself; He is the test and only way for acceptance into His current and eternal kingdom. (2 Co. 13:5; Jn. 14:6)
* We are responsible, in Him, for raising each person reached into an active participating member of His family, training each one to use the talents, gifts and abilities God has given to further His mission—based upon His word. (1 Co. 12; 2 Ti. 3:16-17)
