AT ALDER GROVE WE HAVE A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH OUR COMMUNITY TO ALLOW GOD TO WORK IN AND THROUGH US TO SERVE OUR COMMUNITY.
AS THE CHURCH, ESTABLISHED BY JESUS CHRIST, WE ARE CALLED TO LOVE AND TO SERVE, THUS WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OPPORTUNITES.
LOVE GRAYS HARBOR - is a great community outreach with 20 or more local churches partnering to SERVE THE HARBOR. Last year groups did everything from Free BBQ's, Car Wash's, a Fish Cleaning stand was set up at the local fishing derby, face painting, free custom artwork given away, soda's and money given away. WOW, the list goes on and on.
All services are provided to the community with out charge - you can't even make a donation for these services. We just want to love on The Harbor.
COMING TO GRAYS HARBOR COUNTY SEPTEMBER 18TH, 2010
Community Outreach - Olympic Stadium, Hoquiam, Wa.
Each year in the United States we hold up to 50 community events with the help of thousands of volunteers who serve tens of thousands of guests. At each event free groceries, job and health fairs, and activities for children are provided. In doing so, volunteers are given an opportunity to connect with members of their community, and guests are shown love and respect regardless of age, race, physical appearance, or spiritual condition.
